Masuk hari ni (17/8/2011) ana dah berjaya berpuasa dengan jayanya selama 17 days.Besides, ana juga dah berjaya completekan ana punya attachment at 3 different departments.All the department is a branch for o&g department.First day ana di tempatkan di outpatient clinic obstetrics.Doctor whose in charge was very busy.There a lot of patient.So ana and my partner have to wait about on hour.Tapi kami x senang duduk.Last2 join nurse basuh infection after cesarean.There are 2 patients with same type of infection.But the first patient is more severe.Punya lah berbau luka mak cik tu.Nak muntah pun ada.Then bila kami tengok the doctor keluar masuk kat satu bilik tu we decide just to follow the doctor even the doctor didn't ask us to do so.Berkat kesabaran menunggu hampir satu jam akhirnya kami berjaya menyaksikan 3 patients doing the ultrasound.One with liver pain during pregnant.The doctor said it was very dangerous because it may lead intra fetal death(kematian dalam kandungan).Second patient was so amazing.normal pregnancy.So cute to see the baby.I guess the baby still young because the derivative of the aortic arch still not develop.The doctor show us the aortic arch look like a rod.The last patient was very sad.Ana pelik apa hal la patient ni muka dia macam nak nagis je setiap masa.Patient lain relax je kot.Dahlah perut dia not big as the the others tapi mimik muka dia paling sedih.Then the doctor make an ultrasound on her.INTRA FETAL DEATH.No wonder lah her face look like that.Even doctor letak ultrasound tu kat perut dia je pun dia dah jerit.Then the doctor ask us to see at the fetal's respiration.No pulsation.So sad.Then the doctor minta patient tu kangkang.Tu pun dia tak tahan .Memang betulah keguguran ni sangat sangatlah sakit.Then doctor make vaginal examination.Apa lagi menjerit sepenuh jiwa raga lah patient tu.Bila ana dengar patient2 ni jerit ana mesti ingat kat mak ana.Macam ni juga ke mak ana jerit waktu melahirkan ana.Kesian kat mak.Sori ye mak.Mak susah2 lahirkan ana tapi ana tak jadi anak yang baik.Ana nakal.Maaf mak.Dan memang patutlah syurag tu terletak di bawah telapak kaki ibu.Payahnya mak2 kita nak melahirkan kita.Bukan je semasa melahirkan sebelum dan selepas melahirkan pun mak kita kena hadapi macam2 kemungkinan dan kesakitan.So habis cerita hari first.Nanti ana cerita untuk hari seterusnya.
